It is a department of people serving people, from new child infants to persons requiring health companies to our most aged residents. These challenges impact the flexibility of states to establish and maintain early intervention applications utilizing Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funding. This Priority Goal displays HHS’ efforts to boost the standard of early childhood schooling for low-income children. All three key measures present distinctive and necessary aspects of boosting the quality of early childhood programs and providers.
